【Detection purpose】
Troponin is a complex of three proteins: troponin T (TnT), troponin C (TnC), and
troponin I (TnI). TnI is only present in cardiac tissue and is one of the most sensitive
and specific serum markers for cardiomyocyte injury.
【Detection principle】
This product is quantitatively detected by fluorescence immunochromatography.
Rationale: The nitrocellulose membrane is marked with T and C lines, and the T line is
coated with an antibody a that specifically recognizes cTnI. The binding pad is sprayed
with another fluorescent nanomaterial-labeled antibody b that can specifically recognize
cTnI, and the cTnI in the sample first binds to the nanomaterial-labeled antibody b to
form a complex, and then upward chromatography, the complex binds to the T-line
antibody a to form a sandwich structure, and when irradiated with excitation light, the
nanomaterial emits a fluorescent signal, and the strength of the signal is positively
correlated with the concentration of cTnI in the sample.
