role in prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
【Detection principle】
This product uses fluorescence immunochromatography to detect antigen in serum and
plasma.Basic principle: there are t and C lines on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the Tline
is coated with antibody A which can specifically recognize CHW antigen.The binding
pad is sprayed with another fluorescent nanomaterial labeled antibody B which can
specifically recognize CHW. The target detection object in the sample first combines with
the antibody B labeled with the nanomaterial to form a complex, and then upward
chromatography is carried out. The complex combines with T-line antibody A to form a
sandwich structure. When the excitation light is irradiated, the nano material emits a
fluorescence signal, The strength of the signal is positively correlated with the CHW
antigen concentration in the sample.
