【Detection principle】
This product uses fluorescent immunochromatographic method to quantitatively detect the CDV content in the eye, nose and mouth secretions of dogs. Basic principle: T and C lines are marked on the nitrocellulose membrane, and the T line is coated with an antibody A that specifically recognizes the CDV antigen. The binding pad is sprayed with another fluorescent nanomaterial-labeled antibody B capable of specifically recognizing CDV.
